Hi everyone !!
I am a New York Yankee fan. I got to take my 10 year old son that has autism to his first game last summer. He loved it. To see his face with so much joy is PRICELESS. Well we live in Staten Island. And I wanted to try first small of course with my son because noise can be frightning to them sometimes.
So I have been taking my son to the Staten Island Yankee games for over 4 years now. We love it. My little guy is a huge fan. He loves to write to them.
Well last summer we had the privilege to meet Robinson Cano and Brett Gardner. I didn`t think we could get an autograph because its very hard. So the day I went to the game Brett Gardner was there he was retiring his number when he use to play with the Staten Island Yankees and my son was screaming Brett. He was signing alot. I didnt think he would hear him, well he didint but his wife did and told him Babe the little boy is calling you and he looked at him smiled and signed the magazine my son had.
Now with Robinson Cano was hard but he signed the postcard for my son and signed my daughters baseball glove.
The smiles on there face....PRICELESS.
Have you meet any Yankee player? If so who and what was your experience?
