I bought all natural New York Steak from Sprouts a few days ago. My boyfriend and I tried grilling an organic steak the other day but it wasn`t as good as my dad`s signature pan-fried steak. Today I requested my dad to show me how he does his signature pan-fried steak because it`s so yummy!
What did my dad use to marinate this steak?
- Fine Ground Malabar Black Pepper
- Coarse Grind Garlic Powder
- Maggi Soy Sauce
- Olive Oil
- Pinch of sea salt
- Minced garlic
(My dad basically eye balled all his ingredients so I have no clue on the amount of each.)
How did he cook the steak?
- He used olive oil about 1 cm high of the pan and cooked each side for about 3 minutes.
- The steak is delicious, crispy and tasty on the outer while in the inside is medium rare/well.
