Before I start talking about the topic of this post, I wanted to apologize to my friends/followers because I couldn`t help them get the points they needed. I have really good reasons for being gone for 5 whole months which I`ll get into details in my next post.
So I`ve been working on my first New Year`s Resolution for a month now but it hasn`t been going well. *sigh* I wanted to be healthier by eating right, gaining weight and doing mild exercises. (I can`t do strenuous exercises because of health-related issues.) And I`ve been doing just that for a whole month yet I`m still the same weight. I don`t know what went wrong. I know I have trouble gaining weight but there should be a bit of difference on the scale. Some of you are probably going tell me to go see a doctor but I can`t because they don`t care. I`ve had bad experiences with doctors in the past and even now so I don`t want to be bother with any of that anymore. If anyone out there has any good tips for healthy ways to gain weight then please comment. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
