Head injections are currently all the rage in Japan. The "bagel" contains 400cc of saline solution. The procedure starts with an injection in the forehead. At first, the solution causes the forehead to be a massive bump. Then, a thump is pressed into the bulge to create a hole. && voila! You have a donut-shapped forehead. The second photo shows how the thumb is inserted to create the bagel.
After 16 hours, the solution is absorbed by the body, and the forehead returns to normal.
In my opinion, this is horrendous. I do NOT see any appeal in having a giant "bagel" on my forehead. It seem uncomfortable.. like my face would be tight and heavy. The only good thing is that the bagel is temporary.
Do you think this trend will spread to other countries?
If it got popular, would you ever consider doing this? (esp since it`s temporary)
