Picked this thing up when I was at Loblaws the other day. I`m slowly building a home gym. I already have an 8 lb medicine ball, a 65 cm balance ball, 10 lb ankle weights, 2 yoga mats and 2 lb weights.
This one had the strongest resistance I could find.
Hoping to use this when I`m watching TV to help tone my arms.
Two exercises I will be doing:
1. Straight lifts - 3 sets of 10
2. X lift behind back - 3 sets of 10
3. Side Horizontal lifts - 3 sets of 10
About twice a week.
How does that sound?
