New Sony VAIO 14P with gesture recognition

The new VAIO Series 14P has the Sony`s Gesture Control, which through a 1.3-megapixel camera interprets the movements of the user.

This motion control allows among other things adjust the volume on your computer or change pages in the browser. The technology will be compatible, for now, with Windows Media Player, Internet Explorer 9, PowerDVD, and PowerPoint.

The VAIO comes with a Sandy Bridge CPU Intel Core i3-2350M for 2.3GHz, 4GB of RAM and a 500GB hard drive. Comes with two USB 3.0, two USB 2.0 ports and one HDMI, weighs 2.3 pounds and has a thickness of 2.2 cm. According to the Sony has a battery life of 7 hours.

For you know that will be available in white, black and pink, but Sony has not announced release date or price for the VAIO 14P.
