A jewelry armoire is one of those organization pieces I have been wanting for a while now, but because I wanted a quality piece, I spent a lot of time to do my research and compare prices before taking the plunge and making the purchase.
After two years of searching around and comparing prices, I have finally purchased my first Jewelry Armoire. I have been looking at this specific armoire for a long while now, about a year, and I am so glad I can finally call it mine.
I purchased this Mirrored Jewelry Armoire at JC Penney for around $280 (valued close to $400). Yes it was an expensive piece, but the savings and quality fo the armoire just made it all worth it and I don`t have any regrets.
The beautiful walnut finished wood and elegant front mirrored doors just draws your eyes to the armoire. The top of the armoire opens up where you see a ring organizer with other small compartments, along with a huge mirror. Both doors have hooks for necklaces along with more compartments for extra storage. Lastly, there are 8 compartmentalized drawers (with and without sections) for storing larger items.
The beautiful velvet lining ensures that your jewelry pieces aren`t tarnished. The height and size of the armoire is absolutely perfect. I am just under 5`1" (yes I am that short) and I can clearly see everything I have in the top compartment comfortably.
I absolutely love the design and organization of space of the armoire. There is a lot of room for storing my jewelry along with other accessories that I have, and having this new armoire makes me even more excited to build up my jewelry collection.
This has to be my most exciting purchase for February and I can`t be any happier. It`s definitely a classic piece that I will have with me forever.
Before purchasing such an investment piece such as this, make sure you`re getting your bang for your buck. Do your research and take the time to make the decision, you definitely want what you pay for to last.
P.S. If you are going to purchase the same armoire as I did, make sure you get some help carrying it because it sure is freaking heavy! That`s when you know you`re getting a quality piece of furniture!
