New Fitness Routine: Bikram Yoga

It`s almost inevitable to pack on some pounds in the winter, and it`s impossible to get up and exercise in this freezing weather. However, lately I`ve been trying out Bikram Yoga and found it such a refreshing, not to mention rewarding fitness routine. It`s essentially yoga done in a heated (approximately 40 degrees celsius) room for 90 minutes. Literally every single pore in my body opened up and sweated. It was difficult at first but I`ve never felt so refreshed afterward! And because it`s done in the heat there`s absolutely no excuse for you to not go in the winter. I`ve actually found that my body is much warmer and resistant to cold after each session. Best of all, you burn anywhere between 600-800 calories each session! I highly recommend everyone to check it out if there`s a studio near you. It might just become your fav winter fitness routine!
