Hello everyone, so today on of my friend borrowed me a running machine, i really want to be in a better shape gain more muscles and maybe loose 10 pounds until the end of the year, I`ll try and eat more healthy, I`m sure I`ll eat chocolate and chips like once a week but it`s ok, I`ll try not eating junk food too often and i will not drink sodas, I`ve been trying to be in shape since summer and i was really doing good for 2-3 but then i just gave up, i run outside for 30-40 minutes everyday and i just ate healthy food but then my school started and i didn`t see any difference soo i just stopped but now i will try again for a couple months. :)
