Hi everyone, just wanted to share a little purchase I have recently made. After seeing everyone rave about these brushes, I was really looking forward to trying them out. The only thing that was stopping me was the £21.99 price tag that came along with it. Yeah, this is super affordable, because if you divide the sum total to the amount of brushes that you get it works out that its only about £5 per brush but I just couldn`t justify spending that much money especially when i had other things to pay off.
Anyways, i finally bit the bullet and got them. My first impressions are that they are really well presented. I love the packaging, the cute little brush holder that it comes with (not too keen on the material though or the velcro clasp). Inside it has 7 elasticated holders for you to hold numerous other brushes, which I thought was a really good idea.
The brushes themselves are fab, I love the actual design of them also, down to the rusty orange colour of the handle. I also appreciate the fact that the handle is metal so that if they get makeup on them, it is easy to wipe it off. The brushes are super soft and enables your makeup to glide on perfectly. The brushes provided are a
-detailer brush, which can be used for concealer or as a lip brush, i prefer the latter.
-Pointed foundation brush, I don`t really think this works well for a foundation brush for me so I use it as a concealer brush instead.
Buffing brush- This is my favourite brush in this collection, works incredibly with liquid foundation.
Contour brush- This brush comes close to being a favourite. It is slightly dome shaped so it helps with precision when contouring. It works equally well with blush also.
Ultimately I am so glad I bought these brushes, they are most defiantly worth the money.
What are your favourite makeup brushes?
