As an East Coast person, I`ve traveled up and down the East Coast many times. I`ve rarely made it out west in the United States except probably L.A., San Diego and San Francisco. I`ve always wanted to visit Las Vegas and the Grand Canyons. A deal that caught my eye today on Bloomspot was for the Miramote Resort & Spa out in Indian Wells, CA. The images of the resort are beautiful. Voted #1 Resort Spa in North America by Conde Nast (I hate that magazine by the way).
"Towering mountains and heat that begs for poolside lounging tell you youre in Palm Springs. Acres of olive trees, citrus groves, and Tuscan-inspired architecture tell a whole other story. At Miramonte Resort & Spa, a Mediterranean oasis sits just minutes from first-class hiking, golf, shopping, and dining.
Cool down with a dip in Miramontes signature pool. Private cabanas, plush daybeds, and top-notch service keep you comfortable and never without a fresh, fruity cocktail. And if youre really looking to get away from it all, you can always enjoy the day from your personal shaded patio.
It wouldnt be a trip to Miramonte without a visit to THE WELL Spa. Named the #1 Resort Spa in North America & the Caribbean by Condé Nast Traveler, this 12,000-sq-ft haven features some of the most ahh-inducing treatments in the northern hemisphere."
