I have been trying to be consistant with having a hot breakfast. I usually just grab a bottle of water and a breakfast bar but I have been feeling sluggish. I figured that I needed to have a more filling breakfast to get me through to lunch. This is some berry tea with creamer and oatmeal with condensed sweetened milk and a dash of cinnamon. I feel so good after having this, like I can survive the stress of the day.
What do you all have for breakfast, do you switch it up?
