Everybody has a different build . Some people find it impossible to gain weight others find it impossible to lose . To simplify things for you gaining or losing weight is all to do with how much calories you acquire per day . For Example if I need to take in 2500 calories a day to maintain my weight and i want to lose weight I will eat anything between 2300 - 2000 . However if I wanted to gain weight i would eat anything between 2600 - 2800 a day.Its all to do with how much you take in per day pretty easy .
