Hey everyone, I want to ask you (if you do gymnastics, tumbling or cheer leading) on tips to accomplish a back handspring.
I been working on my back handspring for two months...and I still don`t have it down.
I took a break for February and half for January because I felt like I could never do it. Basically overwhelm.
If you have tips or advice to get it down quicker, it would really appreciate it!
