My nails have been breaking like crazy so it was about time to remove the old polish, re-shape my nails, and get a new color on them. I chose another OPI polish that came in my Texas Collection mini pack: Do You Think I`m Tex-y?
What`s on my nails?

- 1 coat Sally Hansen Hard as Nails
- 3 coats Do You Think I`m Tex-y?
- 1 coat Seche Vite

Do You Think I`m Tex-y? is a pretty berry color. In most lighting I think it just looks like a red polish. I searched around for some more information on this polish and, apparently, it`s part of a collection of polishes that have a special "semi-transparent sorbet" finish. This means that it`s supposed to have a glossy appearance. A lot of people say it`s a little different than other polishes with a jelly finish. It was sheer on the first coat, but I noticed that it had a really glossy finish. I ended up using three coats and that`s what you see in the pictures. I did apply the last two coats a little bit thicker than the first coat.
Please excuse the horrible shape of my nails. They kept breaking on me so I had to cut and file them down fairly short :( .
