Nails: Beach Front + Sail Away

I finally had some free time last night to re-do my nails. It took me awhile since I had a glitter manicure and it took a ridiculous amount of effort to remove. For my current nail look I went with two Milani polishes; both of these are pretty popular colors. Final conclusion: I love these new Milani polishes (everything from the color to the formula). I had both of these sitting around for quite some time now. I already gave Sail Away a try, but this was my first time trying Beach Front.

Beach Front is a really pretty sky blue polish packed with tons of silver shimmers. I absolutely love the formula: the polish was easy to apply and easy to work with. I`m thinking you might be able to get it opaque in one coat if you applied it thicker. I tend to apply my polishes in thin coats so in the pictures I`m wearing two coats.

Sail Away was a polish I tried awhile back. I loved it the first time I tried it and I still love it now. You can definitely get away with one coat if you pick up the right amount on your brush. It`s a gorgeous blue polish with silver shimmers.

What`s on my nails?

- 1 coat Revlon Quick Dry Base Coat
- 2 coats Milani Beach Front on pinky, middle, and index fingers
- 1 coat Milani Sail Away on my ring fingers and thumbs
- 1 coat Seche Vite

Blah, I wish I had taken these pictures under natural lighting, but I usually do my nails late at night :( .

Have you tried either one of these Milani polishes? Which one do you prefer?
