Thank you for helping us by reporting bad content.
my nails are unfortunately back to that awful stage where they peel and they break and are just thin, so that leads me to feel totally uninspired and not want to do them but I had to force myself and instead of going back to my old faithful polishes, I went for new ones, probably not the best time to try them out.
I love Essie, it`s gotta be one of my favorite brands of nail polish hands down, once in a blue moon though, I come across duds - ok so duds for me. Penny Talk was a dud. don`t get me wrong, really nice color, totally opaque in one coat however, application was a royal pain in the arse. streaky which is to be expected because it`s a metallic finish but damn, I was also getting gaps and the brush pulled the polish off in some spots on the first coat too, oh man, totally disappointed. as I said, maybe now it`s just not the right time for this polish so I`ll have to try it again later
since Penny Talk was such a fail, I needed to cover it up because I was just feeling much too lazy to start over so I threw on a little China Glaze Electrify from the Hunger Games collection. yup, that`s how long I`ve had it and haven`t used it LOL this is basically one thick coat of Electrify, in a way it`s quite fitting because doesn`t it remind you of fall colors, like the leaves? I know I`m going to curse it when it`s time to take it off but you know, I really do like it after all.
not a bad mani after all, we`ll see how long it lasts, hopefully my nails will get better soon, I am using the Julep nail therapy and that helps a lot actually.
