So today was a fabulous day for me Luuuxers! I went downtown and went a little crazy in the fashion district... Well I didn`t get any clothing but I did find some great nail polishes. And with every single one for a dollar, I`m a happy girl! So here`s what I got:
KleanColor Nail Lacquer - Neon Fuschia: I know it looks very standard coral on the picture but it is actually a shocking coral. Quite gorgeous and it looks great after one coat! (I only did one finger) But I will apply 2 when I do wear it in the upcoming weeks. And even though the color is called Fuschia, it is more orange than pink, and I love it!
KleanColor Nail Lacquer - Metallic Green: Now this is beauty in a bottle and I think it would probably look good on my toes but I definitely don`t like it on my fingers, it`s far too green! But it`s a very pretty shade of green and will probably do great with the water marble application blended with something else... or with a shimmery glitter to lighten up... definitely would have worked for st. patty`s day! But I`ll experiment with it.
Santee - M5 Pearl Pink: I`m not too big on pinks but this one is pretty awesome. It`s not too pail and it`s not too bright but it`s the perfext pearl on my fingers. I`m really going to have fun with this one, and 1 coat is almost perfection.
Santee - M76 Ocean Blue:: This is a sheer/clear glitter polish but it has very small pieces, not chunky at all. When applied it is sheer so it won`t work with my green, but it will be a nice touch to an overall plain polish just for a little shimmer.
Santee - M89 Cute Sparkle: It`s pretty cute. It has a tiny copper base glitter and red and purple chunky glitter throughout. It`s perfect for a coverup or a simple spot of sparkle. It`s actually the same quality as the NYC Starry Silver Glitter polish (I love that one).
KleanColor Nail Lacquer - Red Hot: And oh how hot it is. It has a sheer red base with tiny and chunky red glitter. It`s very pretty as a standalone color using a couple of coats.
Santee - M85 Ocean Blue Sparkle: Speaking of Starry Silver this one is very similar. But it doesn`t have the silvery base, it`s mainly the chunky turquoise and silver glitter pieces and the base is totally clear. It needs a few coats to get a good amount of glitter on the nail.
KleanColor - Metallic Aqua: This color is so pretty and so vivid. It has a lot of pigment in one coat and it has a great shimmer. It`s a deep teal but still perfect for spring, it`s definitely not too dark and it might be able to carry over into fall or winter.
KleanColor - Metallic Sapphire: Again with the pigment and vibrancy. This is soooo blue, but it`s gorgeous, I can definitely see it paired with a variety of colors especially a really pretty coral for some pop. It even looks great with the Metallic Aqua.
KleanColor - Unforgettable Memories: This one is so pretty, I`ve been looking for a light blue and when I saw this I had to get it. It is so shimmery and it looks sort of regal. It looks more silver right now rather than blue but I`ll leave on in until I can see it in the sun. But right now it`s looks great and goes on thick.
I`m so happy with new selections!!! I`ll have to show you my whole collection one of these days... no descriptions though because you`d get really bored... it`s a lot!
