if you read my last post you know I just had to use these polishes lol ok, what can I say? Alicia and I had a rocky start, turns out she`s quite runny and dare I say it, a bit difficult to work with? yeah, first coat went on kinda streaky and it had me scared you know but in the end, it all worked out.
Alicia is a salmon creme finish polish. very vibrant but not crazy bright, very watery/runny but ended up nice & smooth. not too bad. Portia is a blue base glitter ball polish, I see blue, green, and irridecent glitters in it. it`s not a heavily packed one like the sally hansen gem crush ones so one coat will get you a light sprinkle of glitter, I think I have like 2 or 3 on. the pictures don`t do it justice and now I wonder what it will look like over a different base color .... hmmmmm, it`s was kinda hard to really capture the full effect of the glitter in pics
and now, the "DUH" moment of the day, I had no idea you could take off the caps from the polishes, and here my OCD has been going crazy because the caps just didn`t line up sometimes LOL
I will be doing a full review on my whole Julep experience probably after my next box. if you guys are interested and trying it out, just follow the link
