Nail Look: Pet my minted peacock!

Such a retarded title but it cracks me up. =D

Lately I have been on such a gradient nail kick. This nail look is an old look I had done a few weeks ago and I have worn at least 2 different gradient looks since. Sorry for the late post! I keep having these I don`t feel like being on luuux days.

Not too long ago I hauled <strong>Revlon`s "Minted"</strong> and a few days later I wanted to wear it for my next manicure. But I couldn`t just wear minted and be happy now a days I feel like wearing one polish is boring. It might be because I have such an overwhelming collection or that I`m so used to picking at least 2 polishes in my box of untried. Either way I chose to pair it with <strong>WnW Spoiled in "Pet my peacock"</strong>

<strong>Revlon`s Minted</strong> is a gorgeous minty green polish that many nail fanatics rave about. Idk why it took me so long to finally purchase it but I`m so happy to have it in my collection. On my nails I have on two coats for full opacity. It applied smooth with out any streaks or bald spots.

<strong>WnW Spoiled in "Pet my Peacock"</strong> is a blue, green, purple, silver, and gold hexagonal glitter polish in a clear base. The polish is very goopy and the brush is huge! I`ll make a separate review on what I think about these polishes later. Let`s just say I`ll never use these polishes directly on my nails without wiping off 90% of the polish. To apply the glitter onto the nail, I applied it on an aluminum foil first (plastic is okay), then applied the excess on the brush on my nail, and then took a tooth pick and applied it one by one to achieve the gradient look.

This nail look takes a lot of patience applying it one by one but it gives a more natural look then carefully applying the glitter with a brush. Also, it keeps the polish on the nails from getting thick and making it longer to dry.

Revlon Minted can be found at all drugstores that sell Revlon nail polishes. WnW spoiled polishes are exclusively to CVS at the moment.
