Ive gradually picked all of these products up. I am not sure how long I`ve had them. Probably a couple of weeks. I just love buying new products to add to my collection. So anywho, just wanted to share what I picked up.
First off, I picked up 2 milani polishes from CVS a while back when they were getting rid of items to make room for the new spring items. I believe I paid $1.17 for each of these.
The first polish is called Midnight Satin. Its a dark dark navy polish. The picture makes the polish appear very glittery--but it didnt look too much like that when I painted my toes. When I applied it, it actually looked like a dark navy borderline black polish, which I kind of liked.
The second milani polish I picked up was in Ms. Milani . Its a frosted bronze color. I was expecting it to look a little more natural when it was painted on my nail, but it has a very strong silver undertone to it. I wasn`t much of a fan after I tested it out.
The other polish I picked up was from Sally Hansen`s Xtreme wear line, in the shade Grey Area . Funny that its called, grey area, because its sort of anything but grey. Its a creme polish that`s a mixture of mauve and purple, which I took a fondness to. I got this at target for $1.57. Initially it was $2.57, but I had a coupon for $1 off sally hansen polishes.
The last item I got was a Revlon File-N-Smooth. Its a nail file that lets you file in both directions without getting those hard edges. I`m loving this, and really want to do a review on it soon. So I won`t go into too much detail. I also got this at target for $1.38, after a $1.00 off coupon.
Meh, overall, it was an okay polish haul. Nothing too special. My favorite of the items I picked up is actually the nail file.
Have you bought any new polishes lately?
Thanks for visiting,
