Myth: a little bit of sun is good for you since it provides Vitamin D
Truth: with the skin cancer risks aside, it really depends on your skin tone and your distance away from the equator. instead of relying on the sun you should try taking daily pill vitamins. also fortified milk, and fatty fish such as salmon, tuna, and marckerel are also good sources of vitamin D.
