Are you trying to lose weight but seem to be stuck and not going anywhere?
When I discovered myfitnesspal a few weeks ago, I fell in love. I prefer to use the app over the website but that`s just my choice.
I really like how it counts your calories, so you know what to be able to lose weight. When you open your account you say how much you want to lose and they give you how many calories you need to eat depending on how much exercise you do a day.
For example, since I pretty much never exercise I need to eat an estimate of 1200 calories if I want to eat 15lbs.
They always say the key to lose weight is to count your calories and that is what the app does and I really like it. Since I started using the app I have lose 6 lbs. Which pretty much really surprised me!
