Myfitnesspal is an awesome thing if you are trying to lose weight. It tell you how mnay calories you need, how many you`ve had and how many you`ve gone over (if you have.) It gives you fat count, sugar count, etc. It also tells you about what you would weigh in 5 weeks, but it`s always a bit lower than you`ll be. Try it out for yourself and see how you like it. And if you`re just looking to maintain your weight it`s good for that too! Good luck and have fun.
