My Yves Rocher Brushes

I have had these brushes from Yves Rocher for several years now. I think that I received them as a gift with purchase, or that I purchased them as a discounted set (I know I didn`t pay full price for them). If there`s anything that can be said about them, it`s that they are long-lasting. :)

Here are the brushes in my current collection (as well as my thoughts on each):

Retractable Brush, $10: This brush isn`t *super* soft, but it`s not scratchy, either. It`s great for applying face powders, as it is very large. It`s a pretty decent brush overall, and it hasn`t shed much over the years.

Eye Crease Brush, $10: This is my favourite Yves Rocher brush. It`s very soft and is the perfect size for my eyelids. It`s currently the brush I used most often to apply my eyeshadow. I`d even pay full price for this one!

Eyeshadow Brush, $10: This brush is`s VERY scratchy and the bristles splay out quite widely. It`s no good for applying eyeshadow, but I occasionally use it as a blending brush when I can`t find my e.l.f. Mineral blending brush, lol.

Blush Brush, $12: This blush brush is a bit scratchy and somewhat too large for my face, but it works fine for applying blush to my cheeks. It`s pretty so-so.

I wouldn`t recommend Yves Rocher brushes in general, although the Eye Crease Brush is great. I find Yves Rocher to be quite hit and miss in general, though. You can definitely find better brushes than these at a similar price, and maybe even cheaper.
