I`ve been trying to really watch what i eat and make better decisions, so i`ve been making changes here and there. Nothing too drastic since i dont want to really throw myself off. Well here is what my lunch was today!! I had a salami & fresh cheese on potato bread, and a biggggg bowl of cut seedless watermelon and cantaloupe. I loveeee fruit! It`s sooo good and healthy for you, i didnt eat all of the fruit, but i definately did save it for later on the night after my worokout! I dont think we should ever deprive ourselves to extremes and starve ourselves for an image, i just wanted to let all who read this know that dieting isnt about being thin but being HEALTHY! Do it for your family, for your significant other, for your children, but most importantly, do it for YOURSELF! What`s on the inside is what matters the most! I promise <3
