Obviously, you aren`t supposed to eat out or any type of fast food while you are dieting or trying to lose weight. But, this is for people who know they are going to end up eating out just a little bit.
If you are going to eat fast food, or go out to a restaurant, my number one tip is to not order an entree. Instead, order a kids meal. I know in some places you cant because they have age restrictions, but if it is a fast food place, order a kids meal. If you do this, you still get the satisfaction of eating the food, but you wont be tempted to eat as much. I do this every single time I eat out. I feel less bad knowing that I`m eating only a portion of what I normally would be eating.
