I just had a baby a few moths ago (Love of my life) and i want too loss the weight that i gained. I had a C-section so my tummy didn`t go down the way i wanted. I COULD NOT! do the extreme work out i wanted be cause it was a major surgery i was a risk for the cut to open of again and pain. Its mean almost 5 moths and its almost literally summer time and i have bathing suits i really want to wear. so i been cutting out a lot of things i use to eat and working out 3 times a day. Its NO SECRET!!! The key too losing weight is to cut down your portions and fat intake and workout to me there`s no other way.
