I`ve been making a lot of changes towards my health lately, not that i was ever extremely unhealthy. But as we get older we need to do more for our bodies to be able to get a lot out of it. Well, i used to take women`s one-a-day and calcium but i finished both of them, and i like to try new things. I recently purchased all of these at different times. The first one i purchased was Spring Valley`s fish oil & vitamin D3. Fish oil is great for your heart health & vitamin D3 is good for your metabolism, immune system among other things. I actually purchased these for my mom, so i have yet to try them, but since she`s taking some other vitamins i`m going to start taking these. Next, i purchased the Equate one daily multivitamin for women which are just like the women`s one-a-day but cheaper and i`ve been taking these going on 2 months. The one daily have truly been working for me!! They have a lot of good vitamins and things our bodies need, and it may seem strange but i`ve seen a change in my eye lashes. I`ve never truly had long and full lashes, let alone lower lashes. And since i started taking these my lashes have been growing and i have more lower lashes. love lovee! :) Lastly, today i started taking Natrol`s Biotin, since i`ve heard so many great things about it and have done research on it, it helps with nails, hair & skin!! My nails have alwayssss been really fragile and weak. They break super easy, so hopefully this helps out some. These are cherry flavored and dissolve which is awesome for me, im sure this would be amazing for those who hate swallowing pills and the nasty taste they have. I personally dont have a problem with swallowing pills but it does help! :)
