My Version of Homemade Spaghetti

I made my own version of spaghetti bolognase and I thought I would share it would ya`ll. It was a quick dinner I put together for my boyfriend and it turned out yummy! lol</div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div>

Here are the Ingredients:&nbsp;</div><div><br /></div><div>

1lb ground beef 80/20</div><div>
2 peeled and diced tomatoes</div><div>
1 peeled and diced carrot</div><div>
1 peeled and diced celery</div><div>
4 cloves minced garlic</div><div>
2 bay leaves</div><div>
1 1/2 cups water</div><div>
1 cup tomato ketchup</div><div>
1 can tomato sauce</div><div>
1 tsp thyme</div><div>
1 tsp oregano</div><div>
1 tsp sugar</div><div>
2 tbsp tomato chicken seasoning</div><div>
2 tbsp canola oil</div><div>
Parmasen Cheese</div><div>
1 handful of linguine pasta</div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div>

Method:&nbsp;</div><div><br /></div><div>

1. Put canola oil in pan and heat on medium high.</div><div>
2. Put in garlic and stir till fragrant then add in carrots and celery.</div><div>
3. When half way cooked, add in ground beef and stir until meat has changed color and add bay leaves.&nbsp;</div><div>
4. Add in tomatoes, ketchup, tomato sauce, and water. Let simmer.</div><div>
5. When sauce is lightly simmering, add in oregano, thyme, sugar and chicken seasoning.&nbsp;</div><div>
6. Let sauce simmer until some of the sauce has reduced and thickened.</div><div>
7. In a separate pot, add in 6 cups of water and 2 tbsp of salt and let boil, add in linguine pasta or what ever kind of pasta you like and cook till aldente.</div><div>
8. When pasta is cooked transfer into pan with sauce and combine together.</div><div>
9. Taste, season if it needs anymore and serve. Sprinkle some parmasen cheese over pasta.&nbsp;</div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div>
