This is some pictures of my thanksgiving turkey that I made today. My family celebrated it a day early cause both me and my husband has to work on thanksgiving. This was the first time I cooked a turkey. It came out pretty good. I loved the taste of it. I just have a small problem though, the breast area was dry but the rest of the turkey was really moist. Maybe I should covered the turkey with foil while it was in the oven or I should`ve basted the turkey. What do you guys think, how do you keep a turkey moist? Oh and I made mashed potatoes too but I forgot to take some pictures of it cause everyone was gathering around the table getting ready to eat..lol..
