This was my lunch on Friday - a Weight Watchers Sweet & Sour White Meat Chicken. We didn`t have leftovers in the fridge and instead of cooking something up to bring to work, I decided to just grab a frozen dinner to make it easier on myself. I recalled I used to eat this one every once in a while back in the day -- so I grabbed it at the store to have in the freezer just in case. I cooked it in the microwave per the package directions and paired it with some steamed carrots and broccoli (not pictured) but the meal itself was rather lackluster. The veggies in it were good, but the sweet & sour was rather bland and there was a hard "Grissel" type piece of something on the chicken (which completely grossed me out since I`m weird with chicken). Overall -- I won`t be sticking this back in the freezer again.
Do you keep frozen dinners around as just in case type of meals?
