September is officially over which means the start of my last year of undergrad! I`m hoping I`ll still have time to make posts on a regular basis but for now here are my September favorites!
The first thing I`ve been obsessed with is the CO Bigelow Lemon & Pomegranate cream body wash. It says that it has a bunch of vitamins in it to nourish the skin. I can`t vouch for whether or not that is true but I can say that this smells absolutely amazing! I literally just stand around smelling the soap. It has a very runny consistency but it lathers up nicely. It leaves your shower smelling extremely fruity.
The next thing on my list of favorites is the Urban Decay De-Slick Mattifying Powder. I have very oily skin and after about an hour after washing my face, I`m a shiny mess. This along with my MAC 134 brush leaves me oil free for a majority of the day. It does an great job at keeping my makeup in place and absorbing the excess oils on my face. I normally don`t have to touch up or blot. I haven`t found any other mattifying powders that last as long or work as well as this one.
The next thing on my list is the Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment in Plum. This leaves my lips super moisturized and it gives it a nice light plum tint. I have almost every other color, but always find myself reaching for Plum. It just has an amazing color to it and leaves my lips nice and moisturized. Plus it lasts a really a pretty long time.
Next up is Juicy Couture`s Couture Couture body lotion. I forgot when I got this but I`ve had it for a while and never really used it. However one day I couldn`t find any other lotion and used this and I could not get over how amazing this lotion smells! It smells very similar to the Juicy perfume and it extremely moisturizing. I only use it on my legs and it leaves them moisturized and soft. Plus it smells sooo good I never have to wear perfume!
The last thing on my favorites are these super inexpensive makeup remover wipes from Daiso. For $1.50 you get a box with 30 sheets and they remove all of my make up! I only use face makeup so I can`t really say how well they work on heavy eye makeup, but for just foundation and conceal, this leaves your skin squeaky clean. They aren`t the most durable sheets, but one sheet is more than enough to get everything off. My main selling point is that they`re very cheap and they get the job done.
So that`s it for my September favorites. Have any of your tried any of these products? What were some of your favorites?
