How to self-tan for a year round golden glow!

1.) Shave! In the shower, let the skin soften before shaving.
2.) Exfoliate! This is the most important step. You can use a store bought scrub or make your own using salt or sugar mixed with olive oil. Be sure to scrub your body, paying extra attention to the elbows, heals and knees.
3.) Dry off! Make sure your whole body is dry and free of oil residue from the scrub.
4.) Apply a Gradual Self Tanning Lotion! I use Target Brand Natural Glow Daily Moisturizer. (I have a review.) I rub a thin layer all over my body. Be sure to let it dry 100%, avoid sweating!!
5.) Apply a Tanning Foam! I use Jergens Daily Glow Foam Moisturizer. (I have a review.) I wait at least 4 hours to apply this after the lotion. If you use this right after your skin won`t absorb it correctly. I use circular motions and apply in small sections.
6.) Sleep! While you`re asleep the tanner will develop and you`ll wake up with noticeable color!
