My Saturday afternoon workout!

I don`t know what inspired me to leave my dorm Saturday afternoon and head for the gym, but I did. Before leaving I told myself I would only work out for half an hour because i`m a bit out of shape and I haven`t been to the gym in a while and I didn`t want to be in excruciating pain the next day. Which always seems to happen to me for some reason...
Anyway, so I head over to my college`s Rec Center (which is free because I live on Campus) around 12:30 pm and jumped on the treadmill.
The upper picture are my treadmill results. I went about 3 MPH with an incline of 1 1/2 and walked just over a mile in about 20 minutes.
The I head over to the bike and set the timer for 12 minutes and did the Cardio workout it has programmed.
I was on the bike for around 15 minutes total with the cool down and went about 5 miles burning 74 calories on my way.

I was really scared that I would be sore Sunday especially since I wasn`t planning on the 7 miles I got out, but to my surprise my legs weren`t sore at all!
I think it has a lot to do with my daily workout walking to class.
I hope to keep up my efforts and train to run/walk a few marathons in the 2013 year!
