How have all of you been? I hope you guys are reading this are doing swell and eating healthy!
yesterday for dinner, i made myself a messy salad. What i mean by messy as in lots of dressing which i really didn`t need. Now looking at the picture, i realize how much i put.
It look me 10 minute to make this meal. This salad has all sort of yummy healthy food in here but the chicken skin. I just had to add that on. It might sound bad but i look at a good thing to get in small amount. Why? because i think theres natural oil and if i just eat a little portion of it, i wont hurt me. Next i have strip chicken i get from costco. a couple slice tomato is my salad. Last but not least i had half of an egg. Yeb!
