So lately, I have been trying to watch my weight but i dont like restricting myself too much. So at work, after i finish up a few things, as a reward, i eat one milky way! hehe
I recommend that you dont restrict yourself too much from junk food. it can backfire on you in a bad way because you might bing eat junk food. so try to treat yourself once in a while with a fun sized candy!
