This is one of my power breakfasts in the mornings.
Usually, I like to mix it up. From berries to vegetables to eggs to something more elaborate like sandwiches, my breakfasts are never boring.
This breakfast that I made basically provides at least 60% of your daily fibre needs. It also takes less than 5 minutes to prep.
I used 1/2 cup Activia Yogurt with Fibre (the Strawberry Kiwi one) and added 1/2 cup of All-bran Buds.
All-bran buds are very dry, which is why I mix them up in a relatively sweet yogurt. This way, it tastes a lot better.
Try it next time for an added fibre boost to your day =)
