I am now due to have my daughter is 3 days. YAYYYY!!! I cant believe my 9 months is almost up and I will soon meet her! I have recently been discussing my weight loss plan with my fiance since I have gained a good 50 lbs during this pregnancy and want to lose it all, hopefully by the Summer. So, since I know I will be extremely busy these next couple of months with a newborn baby, a 3 year old, school, work, my fiance, and life itself I decided I wanted to skip out on the gym and work out from home. So I googled some good Post Pregnancy work out routines and found this DVD to follow along with. Its the TRACY ANDERSON METHOD POST PREGNANCY WORKOUT DVD. Apparently, she is the personal trainer of a few celebrities, particularly those with children including Gwyneth Paltrow. Also, Tracy is a mother herself who on the DVD states that she gained 60 lbs during her pregnancy. She looks amazing on the cover. I watched a small portion of the DVD to see if it was something Id be interested in and since I believe it is I ordered it. I got it from eBay for only $8.99 which is a steal compared to the price it is going for on some other sites. It is getting great reviews all over the internet so Im hoping it helps me get my pre-pregnancy body back. I now have to find a good diet plan that will allow me to get enough calories to maintain a good supply of breast milk but also allow me to tone and tighten my body. I plan on doing the 50 minute routine at least 3 times per week.
