- Heyauuuur how are you lot doing?
I wanted to share with you my diet plans. I am not over weight or anything but i have started to put on a little bit of weight and i thought i seriously should just loose a little bit. So before i start.. i just wanted to tell you my thoughts on why i think i have started to put on a little bit of weight. The reason to that is mainly having so much junk food.. i always eat with my bf like every single day so.. thats another thing! because he eats in big portions, he also expects me to eat in big PORTIONS! So.. yeah anyways.. what my plans to loose a little bit of weight is ...
1. Eat less and eat healthier!
2. Small breakfast/lunch/dinner and also eat in smaller PORTIONS!
3. Dont have butter
4. Have fruit
5. Drink a lot of water
6. No potatoes
7. No SUGRAY drinks

Also.. il try to do some running and stuff!
But i dont think i would have the time for that So anyways.. yeah thats about it now!
I know that i will probably end up breaking these rules but i really need to try and keep this up for a while. :)
So yeah thats what i wanted to share :)
