For my "diet," I keep it a bit calm during the week as I try t avoid snacks like shown above and eat healthier junk. Although I never like to limit myself so much so I grab a snack every once in a while, but not as much on my pig-out days!
Once, or if there`s a special occasion, twice a week (preferably the weekends) I like to take it to eat anything I was craving all week! I don`t believe in strict diets since you`re limiting yourself to the lesser things in life, I mean, you should enjoy the little things too you know? :)
