My No Diet ... Diet

Before I start this isnt a diet but more of a way of saying I dont do diets but I dont feed myself rubbish.
Im not very tall (only 5ft 2) and Ive just managed to get to what is considered a health weight for my height. I currently weigh 54.4 kilos. Before this I was a little lighter maybe 47 49 kilos.
I dont believe in sticking to a diet where you cant have carbs (like chips or pasta) you cant have chocolate or any sugary foods and you cant have any takeaway. I think the key to a well balanced diet that you will enjoy is to eat what you want but in moderation, dont eat through a whole bag of sweets have a few, or maybe once or twice a month go out to eat with friends treat yourself, and have a slice of cake for dessert.
I have found now that eating like this has kept me at a steady 54 kilos and I havent gained drastic weight.
Hand in hand with eating does come exercise and you will need to do some form of working out even a workout DVD (I do my zumba DVD at home) is sufficient as long as you are burning the energy your body is taking in.
So the key to my no diet is to eat what you like in moderation, but get a little exercise in as well. Keep it balanced if youve been good all week have a treat at the end of the week. :)
