1/2 lb dry rotini
2 T vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cubed
1 lb. frozen vegetable mix thawed
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. Italian dressing
1/2 c. milk
cook rotini per package directions. Drain in heavy skillet, cook chicken cubes in hot oil. Combine cream cheese, dressing and milk and whisk until smooth. Add thawed vegetables to chicken along with sauce mixture. Stir well and heat through, about 5 minutes.
