1/2 inch chops
1/2 c. hot water
Trim fat from chops. Heat skillet. Rub hot skillet with pork fat. Coat chops with flour. Place in skillet and cook until browned. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Turn and brown other side (18 minutes each side). When chops are done, remove from pan and pour water into pan. Boil 1 minute for gravy. Serve at once.
