Hey guys! My mom and I were having a garage sale and when she delivered the items to one of our customer`s house, she saw this treadmill and decided to buy it for 1,500 Php (which is waaaay cheap because treadmills retail for 20,000 Php or more). It`s a used treadmill and the timer got broken, but it still works really well!
My mom is really sensitive with her weight but she doesn`t like exercising. I do yoga and pilates occasionally (yoga more often) and i don`t really care about my weight since my BMI is normal but people always call me chubby since I`m taller than average Filipinas and people associate "tall" with "big" and then "fat".
I`m so happy my mom bought this treadmill! Now we are one step closer to losing a lot of weight and getting healthier! Today i used it for the first time. Since I`m a beginner to treadmills, I decided to just exercise for 15 mins, alternating between jogging and brisk walking. Man, I worked up a sweat!
I am planning to use the treadmill 3-4 times a week. At the start i`ll only use it for a short while to get used to it and build my endurance and then after that i`ll eventually do 45 mins. of jogging (that`s my goal).
Can you guys recommend me certain techniques or amount of time i should use the treadmill? Exercise buffs out there, please help me build a routine!
