My mega breakfast!

I try to ge the most out of what i eat, and we all have heard `breakfast is the most important meal of the day` so i find it best to start the day right!! Anytime that i have cereal or oatmeal in the morning i try to do this, in this photo i used a cereal like Honey Bunches of Oats with almonds. But you can use whichever cereal you`d like. I add a handfull of Quaker`s oats and put it on top of the cereal to get more fiber, and help lower cholesterol. I add a spoonfull of Benefiber powder which again gives you fiber, it dissolves and you cant taste it at all!! I also sprinkle ground Flax seeds, which helps with heart health. Flax seeds have a nutty taste but if you add too much it`ll give a strange taste aside from the nutty taste, Flax seeds also come in pill form. And lastly i just add cinnamon for some flava plus it helps control blood sugar, lower cholesterol, and much more!! This makes my breakfast more interesting and i feel good about getting a little more out of it and filling in some spots in my health & nutrition!
