My lunch: healthy sweets craving

omg!! I am craving for sweets.
Cookies and candy bars is not a good idea as it contains loads of calories n fat. However, I can still fill yourself up and satisfy a sugar craving without gaining weights.

I replace sweets and sugar with fruits-- today, i eat watermelon and apple..As a beneficial bonus,I can get fiber and nutrients along with some sweetness.

Watermelons are rich in potassium, a nutrient that may help control blood pressure, regulate heart beat, and possibly prevent strokes

Apples are rich in antioxidant phyto-nutrients flavonoids and polyphenols. It also contains good quantities of vitamin-C and beta-carotene.

Next time, when you are craving for sweets, indulge yourself in yummy fruits instead of chocolates. :):)
