My lunch: Austrian pastry

If you know me personally, Im 100 % sure youre aware of the fact that Im a total foodie. I love all sorts of dishes from all over the world, Thai, Italian, Indian, Japanese, you name it, I love it. However, when it comes to pastry/sweet dishes, I`m totally convinced that my home country Austria does it best!

So for today`s lunch, my mum and me decided to prepared a <sweet> delicious sweet dish called <em> Bauernkrapfen </em> </strong> I guess it`s safe to say that <em> Bauernkrapfen </em> could be described as some <strong>sort of donuts made from sweet yeast dough fried in oil, with marmalade or/and powdered sugar on top of it. </strong>High in calories, but so what, it tasted absolutely divine! I`m so glad I still have lots of pieces left for tonight`s dinner!
