After classes I went to eat lunch at a nearby Korean restaurant. I ordered seafood tofu stew and beef kimbab. The stew had octopus, mussels, shrimp, zucchini, an egg, and lots of soft tofu with a bowl of rice on the side. I love having a bowl of soup on cold or rainy days such as today. After the stew and rice, I was too full to eat kimbab so I packed it to go for my dinner tonight. For kimbab, there are many kinds available such as beef, chicken, tuna, noodle, etc., but my favourite is beef. Inside there`s ground beef, imitation crabstick, carrot, spinach, and pickled radish. The seaweed is shiny from the sesame oil and they garnished with roasted sesame seeds. It`s one of my favourite foods but time consuming to make because I have to prepare the ingredients separately. I like foods that can be prepared within a few minutes so I don`t make this at home often. I will usually buy them at restaurants or Korean grocery stores even if I`m not eating them immediately.
