This afternoon I had `ddukbaegi bulgogi`, claypot bulgogi, stew with a bowl of rice and some side dishes for lunch. I usually like my spicy stews such as kimchi and tofu, but today I didn`t want something spicy. There was marinated beef, glass noodles, enoki mushroom, red and green bell peppers, and white onion so it was sweet and savoury. If you enjoy Korean food, but don`t like spicy foods, give this a try.
